How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please log into your customer account by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of our website. Use the same email address you used when placing your order. Once logged in, you can select your order and follow the prompts to start the return process.

Important: Do not ship items back on your own. All returns require a prepaid return label provided by our customer service team. Items shipped back without a label from us cannot be processed and may be returned to sender at your expense.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Window: You have 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be:
    • Clean
    • Undamaged
    • In its original packaging
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  4. Location: Returns are accepted from customers in the United States only.

We offer this 60-day return window because we understand the importance of trying the product before committing to it. Please note that all conditions above must be met to qualify for a refund.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it promptly.
  2. Notification: We will inform you that we have received your return and update you on its status after inspection.
  3. Approval: The review and approval process can take up to 60 days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  4. Refund Timing:
    • We will initiate the refund immediately after approval.
    • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
  5. Credit Card Refunds: The refund will typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, but this can vary by card issuer.

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping on all returns initiated within 60 days of purchase. Returns requested after 60 days may be subject to return shipping costs.

Please note: Keep your return tracking number until the refund process is complete.

Shipping

  • Within 60 days: We cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label.
  • After 60 days: If we accept a return as an exception, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable in all cases.
